Brick by Brick Fundraising Event
If you missed our November 18th Fundraising Event, you can see a couple of videos from the evening using the following link:
We continue to move forward with the Building Program to construct a Christian Pre-Primary and Primary Day School. Our current Capital Campaign is to build two classroom blocks in 2026. Block One will include four classrooms and a library. Block Two will include four classrooms and a computer lab. Our financial need is $184,000. To date, we have received 66.2% of this amount. We now need $62,215 to complete both classroom blocks this year!
With the donations of $121,785 that we have received, we will be able to complete one classroom block and the foundation of the second block. Completing one block will allow us to open the Pre-Primary Day School while we wait for God to continue providing the money needed to complete the second block.

Speaking Engagements
Beyond the 10 Year Celebration Event, I was thankful to have six speaking engagements while home. I love sharing about the ministry and how God has provided. It's also a blessing to gain new supporters. I enjoyed meeting with several supporters individually to give updates and show my appreciation. I am grateful to each of our supporters for their prayers and donations. I give God all the glory for everyone who supports me and DLM!!!

Fun Times while at home...
Because of the Brick by Brick Fundraising Event, I was home earlier than usual and was able to attend two GSU football games with the family!

I was able to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas at home with my family, which was nice!

I enjoyed many vacations with dad, mom, and Ashley. We went to Helen, GA, for a couple of days after Thanksgiving. The next week, we visited my cousin and her family in Nashville and then to Cartersville to see my dad's side of the family. During these days of traveling, we also made a several stops to see dear friends.

Mom, Ashley, and I traveled to Newport, Rhode Island, to see the many mansions decorated and lit up with Christmas lights. God allowed it to snow on one of the days we were there, so I really enjoyed that day!
Dad and I made a trip to Panama City Beach, Florida, for a couple of days. I enjoy the beach and the sounds of the ocean.
Back to Uganda
Mama and I reached Uganda on New Year's Day. We packed four boxes, six suitcases, two carry-on bags, and two bookbags to bring back our personal belongings and mission items. The picture shows a few of the 50-lb items. I'm thankful to be back and to have Mama here with me for a short time.
Brian picked us up from the airport and safely transported us home. We have hit the ground running and will soon begin leveling the ground so the construction of the classroom blocks can begin. It's so exciting to see!
Stay tuned on Facebook and next month's blog to find updates on the progress. God is so good!
