2023 End of Year Campaign
Dear DLM Family and Friends,
Children and people here in Kampala, Uganda, are receiving many blessings from your giving, whether it has been a one time gift, a monthly gift, a quarterly gift or an educational sponsorship. We thank you!!! Delight in the Lord Ministries continues to assist children and their families with their educational needs and medical needs. The most important outreach is our weekly Bible study when I am able to teach children Biblical truths and to share the Gospel with them each Sunday afternoon. We give God all the honor and glory for these abundant blessings that He has poured out to these children and to this ministry. We are so undeserving of His blessings, and praise His name for His truly amazing grace shown to us. “Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples! Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wondrous works! Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice!” 1 Chronicles 16:8-10
Delight in the Lord Ministries (DLM) was established in November of 2015 and is starting its 9th year of ministry in Uganda, Africa. Based on this year’s expenses, we estimate a need of $135,000 to operate efficiently in 2024. Approximately 84% of this amount will be reached with contributions from our current monthly and quarterly partners and from our 2024 educational sponsors. This leaves us with a need of $22,000 for the 2024 calendar year. We depend solely on the Lord to provide ministry funds through the faithful and generous giving of His people. “Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21 ESV
